Freddy Chang

As General Counsel, Freddy is responsible for the operation and management of Victory’s legal department. Freddy advises the development and corporate teams on all legal matters and transactions. His work includes drafting and negotiating agreements, managing outside counsel, advising and managing acquisitions, dispositions, development, and handling legal compliance and risk management. Previously, Freddy was Assistant General Counsel at Highland Capital Management, a global alternative investment management firm and external adviser to public and private REITs and real estate funds. Freddy has more than 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry and holds a Juris Doctorate from Duke University and a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Bobby Mendoza

Robert “Bobby” Mendoza is the Executive Vice President of Real Estate . Bobby manages Victory Real Estate Group extensive and substantial retail portfolio. In addition to the management and oversight of existing properties, Mr. Mendoza is also in charge with and responsible for new retail development projects throughout the Southwest, Western and Southeastern regions of the United States. Bobby has significant experience in all aspects of the real estate development, with a specific emphasis on the critical functions of site selection and development. In his current role, Bobby supports Victory Real Estate Group and its owner/CEO with, among many other things, the development pipeline, which currently consists of over 5 million square feet of property that is owned, managed and/or under development at Victory.
